What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you complete a practice session, we collect the interview question you answered, your role category and session type, performance scores across five categories (relevance, structure, clarity, delivery, conciseness), speaking metrics (words per minute, filler word count), and whether you uploaded a resume or job description. We do not store the video recording or your full spoken transcript after analysis is complete. Short excerpts from your answers may be retained temporarily as part of coaching feedback to help us improve the product.
How we use it
Your data is used to display your session history, track your progress over time, enforce your trial period and subscription status, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your session content to train AI models.
Where it is stored
Your account and session data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider hosted on AWS in the US West (Oregon) region. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Email is sent via Resend.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until you request deletion. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time by emailing us. To delete your account, contact us and we will process the request within 30 days. You can also stop using the service at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioral profiling cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
